Location- Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Kondaas Automation is seeking a highly driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and increase online engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and data-driven performance marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email, etc.).
• Drive lead generation campaigns to support the sales team.
• Oversee the company website and landing pages – optimize for user experience and lead conversion.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage and grow social media presence with regular content, promotions, and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Create monthly digital performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and basic HTML is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred)
