Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hospital's overall brand and patient outreach goals.
  
• Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) to increase brand awareness, service line promotion, and patient acquisition.
  
• Lead digital efforts during health awareness months, new service launches, hospital events, and community outreach programs.
  

Content & Website Management

• Oversee content strategy and production for the hospital’s website, blogs, and social media channels.
  
• Collaborate with medical and communications staff to ensure accurate, patient-friendly content.
  
• Manage website CMS to ensure up-to-date service information, physician profiles, and patient resources.
  

Social Media & Online Presence

• Develop and manage a content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Monitor, engage, and grow social media communities while ensuring adherence to healthcare advertising guidelines and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
  

Paid Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan and execute PPC (Google Ads), display, and retargeting campaigns.
  
• Track and report on ROI of digital advertising spend, optimizing campaigns based on data.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social insights to track campaign performance.
  
• Create monthly reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  

Reputation Management

• Monitor and respond to online reviews (e.g., Google, Healthgrades).
  
• Coordinate with patient relations for service recovery or feedback resolution.
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, IT, PR, etc.) and external vendors or agencies.
  
• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and healthcare regulations impacting digital marketing.
  

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  
• Master’s degree or healthcare marketing certification is a plus.
  

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
  

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, website analytics, social media strategy.
  
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
  
• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  
• Understanding of patient privacy standards and healthcare advertising compliance (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
