Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site – Relocation Required)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹65,000 total earning potential

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer / Manager to join our on-site team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in running digital campaigns, strong communication skills, and prior experience in training or managing a team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow into a leadership or mentoring role within the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth, hands-on training sessions in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Lead and manage a digital marketing team working on live campaigns and client projects.
• Develop, update, and maintain course content and project workflows aligned with current industry standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across platforms.
• Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and performance reviews for trainees.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in team handling or training preferred.
• Strong presentation and mentoring abilities.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Mohali for an on-site role.
