Digital Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

    focused on donation generation.
  • Manage

    high daily ad spends

    with a focus on profitability and scalability.
  • Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
  • Monitor KPIs, track conversions, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and policies in digital advertising.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of running

    high-budget performance marketing campaigns

    on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Experience in driving profitable

    ROAS

    , preferably in donation/non-profit campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver on performance goals.
