Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Own and drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies Manage audits, keyword research, backlinking, and content optimization Boost SERP rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority Team Management & Leadership: Lead a team of SEO/SMO executives, content writers, and designers Social Media Optimization (SMO): Build and execute innovative social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) Work closely with the creative and content teams to deliver engaging posts Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Strategize and manage paid ad campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Analyses ad performance, optimize bids, and manage budgets Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and CTAs Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyses the user journey to increase landing page performance Use heatmaps, funnel analysis, and testing tools to improve conversions Collaborate with UI/UX and design teams for user-friendly improvements Skills & Requirements: Deep understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC & CRO strategies Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager Excellent communication, project management & leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: 10 key typing: 6 years (Required) Location: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
