Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Goa, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. The role involves managing and enhancing our social media presence, generating leads, monitoring and analyzing web analytics, and overseeing all digital marketing efforts. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Team Coordination – Lead internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely campaign outputs.
• Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, analyze results, and share performance reports with clients.
• Trend Awareness – Stay updated on digital trends to suggest fresh, effective ideas.
• Budget Management – Plan and optimize ad spends to maximize client ROI.
