Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts in Gurugram, Sector 48. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Maintain digital dashboards for several different accounts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare emails to send out to customers.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Create and maintain online listings across potential business platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels, while also collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for their adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for their adoption where appropriate.
