Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid ads, SEO, and SMO campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create and execute social media campaigns to engage with the target audience.
  • Analyze campaign data to track effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads, SEO, and SMO.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and software.
  • Knowledge of FB Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency on social media platforms.
  • Passion for creating content and ideating.
  • Creative, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and ability to work in large teams, coordinate with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Basic knowledge of Video/audio/image editing is an added advantage.
  • Understanding company's products and goals.
  • Social media communications including running ads & maintaining content on the platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns and monitor their success.
  • Track data on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Create and execute compelling marketing content.
  • Define key performance indicators for each communication channel to measure campaign success.
  • Determine strategic communications campaigns that can help further organizational goals.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure consistency with the organization's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.
  • Write and deliver internal newsletters monthly.
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond for brand communication.
  • Product-related communications on the website and other marketplaces.
