Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Maintain digital dashboards for several different accounts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
• Prepare emails to send out to customers.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
• Create and maintain online listings across potential business platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, SC, B2B marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence while measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
