Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enterprising Digital Marketing Manager who blends data-driven thinking with creative hustle. The role requires someone who can lead paid and organic digital campaigns, manage content production and influencers, drive search dominance (SEO/SEM), and ensure agile implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Paid Media)

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage budgets and ROAS goals across platforms
• A/B test creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions

Search (Organic + Paid)

• Drive SEO strategy and content alignment to increase organic traffic
• Run Google Search campaigns with sharp keyword intent targeting
• Monitor search trends, refine bidding and content strategy

Content & Influencer Marketing

• Manage the content calendar across social platforms
• Collaborate with creators and influencers for integrated brand campaigns
• Oversee agency partners or freelancers for content output

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs across paid, organic, and social media campaigns
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations
• Use tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.

Competitor & Trend Tracking

• Monitor market activity, competitor campaigns, emerging trends
• Share quick, actionable ideas for timely campaign responses

Timely Execution & Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to launch campaigns in sync with product rollouts, offers, and PR activities
• Maintain high responsiveness and bias for action in campaign implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/D2C/consumer brand
• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
• Strong understanding of brand & performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and digital trends
• Experience working with agencies, influencers, and tools like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, or others
• Sharp eye for analytics, visual aesthetics, and brand voice
• Enterprising attitude, strong ownership, and willingness to experiment fast.
