About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the travel industry to lead our marketing efforts, generate qualified leads, and manage a results-driven team. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, accountable, and data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads
Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives; ensure collective accountability for performance and results.
Oversee and analyze Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO/SEM campaigns, and other performance marketing channels.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes across search engines and platforms.
Leverage both white-hat and black-hat marketing techniques responsibly to maximize reach and conversions.
Monitor ROI and ensure consistent lead generation for both English and Spanish-speaking clients (calls & campaigns).
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and integrity while meeting project deadlines and KPIs.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in digital marketing within the travel industry.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and campaign management.
Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and comfortable with rotational shifts.
Immediate joiner preferred – no salary bar for the right candidate.
