Job Description

We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead (Meta & Google Ads Expert)


Location: Kasaragod, Kerala (On-Site)

Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Preferred


About the Role:


Digital Marketing Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta & Google platforms
  • Manage and improve campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video)
  • Handle client communications, meetings, and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales for lead nurturing and closing
  • Track budgets and suggest performance-based ad strategies


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to manage marketing ops
  • Client-handling experience is a must
  • Knowledge of YouTube Ads, GMB & LinkedIn is a bonus
  • Must be comfortable working in-office at Kasaragod
