Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (quarterly/annual) aligned with business goals

and sales priorities.

  • Drive demand generation and ABM campaigns targeting CXOs and senior decision-makers across

industries.

  • Design, manage, and optimize persona-based email marketing campaigns for both India and US

markets, using automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, YAMM).

  • Lead content strategy by creating SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, newsletters, and

whitepapers highlighting TransOrgs thought leadership.

  • Develop sales enablement materials including brochures, decks, and case studies for client

engagement.

  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.) through brand storytelling, thought leadership,

and executive-level engagement.

  • Oversee website management (content updates, UI/UX improvements, conversion tracking) to

drive lead capture and engagement.

  • Track, measure, and report marketing performance metrics (MQL/SQL conversion, CTRs, ROI,

CAC, pipeline contribution) using GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Leverage AI-driven insights and analytics to refine targeting, segmentation, and campaign

personalization.

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align marketing strategies with target accounts, new

use cases, and industry priorities.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for positioning and

differentiation.

  • Manage external vendors and freelancers (content writers, designers, database providers) to

ensure timely execution of campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices for data privacy and email

deliverability.

  • Represent the brand at digital and offline events, webinars, and industry forums to build visibility

and thought leadership.

Required Experience & Competencies

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on AI/ML, analytics, or technology services.
  • Proven success in demand generation, ABM, and persona-based campaigns targeted at CXOs,

VPs, and senior executives.

  • Strong background in digital marketing, automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, YAMM,

Apollo.io, GA4, Canva, Looker Studio, WordPress).

  • Demonstrated ability in content creation & thought leadership marketing (blogs, case studies,

whitepapers).

  • Hands-on experience across industries such as BFSI, CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance,

and Manufacturing.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with ability to communicate complex solutions simply.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating directly with leadership

teams.

  • Self-starter, independent, and execution-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects.
