Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead drives organization's overall e-commerce visibility and customer acquisition strategy.
They plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.The role is central to building online traffic, sales, and brand presence.

This position involves leading SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing efforts.
The lead must monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and explore growth opportunities.They are also responsible for mentoring team members and managing vendors.

We are looking for experienced digital marketers with proven leadership in e-commerce.

1. Design and execute digital marketing strategy.
2. Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, etc.3. Drive SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.4. Oversee content and creative alignment.5. Monitor analytics and KPIs regularly.6. Collaborate with product and catalogue teams.7. Lead campaign optimization for ROI.8. Guide and mentor digital marketing executives.9. Manage external agencies/vendors.10. Present performance reports to leadership.11. Experiment with growth marketing techniques.12. Ensure compliance with data privacy norms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
