Digital Marketing Lead Performance Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading digital user acquisition and campaign optimization in the financial services sector. Your expertise in data-driven environments and scaling impactful campaigns will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc. - Create conversion-focused marketing funnels tailored for financial/trading users. - Drive qualified lead generation and enhance conversions through strategic targeting. - Initiate, oversee, and refine paid campaigns from start to finish. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and formats to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and decrease Cost Per Lead (CPL). - Utilize retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation to improve results. - Monitor essential performance metrics (such as CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV) using GA4 and ad platforms. - Provide regular and actionable reports on campaign performance. - Coordinate closely with creative, content, and sales teams. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors" performance. - Experiment with new performance channels and strategies. Qualifications Required: - At least 4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing. - Demonstrated success in managing substantial budget paid campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and ROI. - Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms is advantageous. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Excel, and CRM tools. - Willingness to work on-site in Surat or relocate.,
