Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

  1. Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Define and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for all digital campaigns.
  2. Content Development & Oversight

    • Create and refine written content for various digital platforms when necessary.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and editorial direction to content writers and copywriters.
    • Ensure content is on-brand, SEO-friendly, and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Campaign Management

    • Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
    • Drive traffic and conversions through targeted campaigns, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
  4. Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and content writers.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that supports learning and professional development.
  5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Use data to refine strategies, adjust budget allocations, and identify new growth opportunities.
  6. Technology & Tools

    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
    • Recommend and implement new marketing technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Brand Management

    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
    • Identify opportunities to elevate the brand and engage with online communities.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus).
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Demonstrated track record of developing and managing content strategies.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics.
    • Proven ability to drive successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Content & Writing Skills:

    • Excellent written communication and editorial skills.
    • Ability to craft compelling, on-brand content and oversee a team of content creators.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
