Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive. The role involves developing and executing effective lead generation strategies, identifying and pursuing new leads, and conducting in-depth market research to find opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will work on enhancing outreach efforts, engaging potential clients, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the company's marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to identify and acquire new leads and opportunities.
• Strong skills in Market Research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage potential clients and effectively present opportunities.
• Experience in Sales, including driving results through relationship-building and negotiation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
• Proficient in digital tools and CRM systems to manage and track leads efficiently.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
