Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – North Delhi Dental Clinic.North Delhi Dental Clinic is a well-established family dental practice in Model Town, New Delhi, with over 9 years of trust and reputation. We’re now looking to scale our digital presence and drive consistent patient growth through targeted online efforts. We are seeking a self-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing and digital systems.You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing and digital operations for the clinic — from generating leads via paid campaigns to improving local SEO, managing reviews, running retargeting ads, and setting up in-clinic tech tools. This is an execution-heavy and impact-oriented role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and seeing their work directly translate to business results.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Performance marketing:
Plan and run Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation
Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, and ROAS
Retarget visitors and manage ad funnels
SEO & online presence:
Improve local SEO rankings on Google Search and Maps
Optimize and update Google Business Profile
Ensure NAP consistency across directories
Website & landing pages:
Work with developers or tools like Wix/Webflow to maintain the website
Build SEO-optimized service and landing pages
Content & social media:
Manage Instagram and Facebook: reels, stories, patient testimonials
Post treatment-related content 2–3 times/week
Shoot/edit content using a phone or Canva
In-clinic digital systems:
Set up and manage clinic software for appointments and follow-ups
Implement QR-based systems for feedback, booking, and payments
Enable WhatsApp automation for reminders and follow-ups
Reviews & reputation:
Drive Google reviews from patients
Monitor and respond to reviews professionally
Reporting & analysis:
Report weekly on leads, conversions, CPL, and traffic
Recommend actions to improve results monthly

Who You Are

Self-starter, hands-on, and results-focused
Comfortable managing ads + social + SEO + software setup
Strong execution skills — can get things done without needing external agencies
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, local business marketing, or SaaS tools

Tools You Might Use

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
Google Analytics, Search Console
Canva, CapCut/InShot (for content)
Wix/WordPress/Webflow (website updates)
Practo/Custo/Vyapar/other dental CRM tools
WhatsApp Business API or tools like Interakt
