Webinar & Digital Operations: We’re launching a webinar series aimed at upskilling. If you are an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized individual who loves tech, communication, and execution, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Operational & Tech Setup: Create and manage Google Forms (registration, feedback, data collection). Set up Zoom/Google Meet links, track attendance, and send reminders. Help in preparing attractive PowerPoint slides (content will be provided). Coordinate with speakers (sharing links, collating bios, rehearsals). Create WhatsApp groups. Social Media & Marketing Support: Promote the pitch session and course on WhatsApp groups. Draft short and catchy promotional messages. Post on social media (Instagram/LinkedIn – optional). Assist in managing broadcast lists, group replies, and lead follow-ups. Payment & Registration: Coordinate with the tech team for Razorpay form integration. Track and maintain registration records (Google Sheets). Send confirmation messages and webinar joining links.
