Digital Marketing Internship in Delhi (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for a one-of-a-kind internship to gain hands-on experience in two contrasting industries an India-based accounting firm serving Canadian clients (BTS Financial Services) and a vibrant beauty salon (Belleza Salon) catering to local and online audiences. This role will allow you to develop a versatile skill set by working on international corporate campaigns and creative lifestyle branding simultaneously.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns for two different brands:
• BTS Financial Services: Targeting Canadian audiences, focusing on financial services, compliance updates, and cross-border accounting content.
• Belleza Salon: Highlighting services, offers, client transformations, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage and update social media channels (LinkedIn for the accounting firm; Instagram and Facebook for the salon).
• Develop content calendars tailored to each industry's audience.
• Conduct market research financial trends for Canada and beauty trends for local/online markets.
• Optimize websites for SEO, ensuring visibility in relevant markets.
• Create blog posts, graphics, reels, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Run and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Track and analyse marketing metrics to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with accountants, stylists, designers, and photographers for campaign materials.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
• Strong communication skills in English; cultural awareness of both Canadian and Indian audiences.
• Creativity and adaptability to work in both corporate and lifestyle industries.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
