Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Conduct keyword research focused on real estate terms like "builder floors in Rohini" and "luxury homes in Delhi" Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, blogs, and property listings Assist with blog publishing and help track traffic and performance Plan and schedule reels, stories, and creatives for Instagram and Facebook Write engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and maintain a weekly social media calendar Engage with followers on social media and respond to inquiries promptly Support the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram lead generation ads Monitor ad performance and provide input for improving visuals, audience targeting, and testing Upload and update property listings with images, descriptions, and essential details Coordinate with developers for basic website edits on WordPress Ensure that lead forms, WhatsApp links, and call features are functioning correctly Assist in scripting and shooting property video tours using a smartphone Design marketing assets such as banners and stories using tools like Canva or Photoshop Share creative input for property promotions and real estate awareness content About Company: Trinetra Properties is a trusted real estate consultancy based in Rohini, Delhi, specializing in the sale and purchase of residential builder floors, plots, and premium housing.
