Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Own end-to-end influencer marketing: identify, onboard and manage creators, align briefs and timelines, and track performance (reach, views, CPM, conversions).
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email + social), manage and nurture leads via basic CRM, and report on key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL).
Craft high-converting communication: outreach emails, newsletters and follow-ups, while maintaining clear, timely communication with influencers, partners and internal teams.
Lead creative & content efforts: develop campaign ideas, hooks and messaging, and support short-form video creation with concepts, scripts, captions and light edits.
Use AI tools and prompting to generate copy, ideas and visuals, and build faster, AI-driven workflows for campaigns and content.
Support affiliate marketing initiatives when needed, helping set up and manage affiliate programs.
Work independently and collaboratively, owning tasks end-to-end while actively contributing ideas and feedback to the wider team.
