The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate digital marketing and a strong understanding of the online property buyer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan, and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns for commercial and residential real estate projects
• Lead performance marketing across platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content strategy, and lead generation campaigns
• Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to align messaging and visual identity
• Track KPIs and ROI for all digital activities and campaigns
• Build and manage automation tools for CRM and nurturing sales leads
• Monitor digital trends in the real estate industry and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
• Manage digital media budgets efficiently with a focus on high-quality lead generation
• Report weekly and monthly campaign performance to senior management

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing specifically in the real estate industry
• Deep understanding of real estate lead funnels, buyer behavior, and property-specific digital trends
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, analytics dashboards, and CRM tools
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to align digital efforts with business objectives
• Should be available to join immediately
