About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head with 7–8 years of HR experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the HR function, drive recruitment, compliance, and culture, and build strong, high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales & support roles
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies✅ Oversee onboarding, employee engagement & appraisals✅ Build a strong, performance-driven workplace culture

Requirements:

7–8 years of HR experience in the real estate industry only
Excellent leadership & decision-making skillsStrong command over hiring, compliance & HR operationsMust be able to join immediately
