Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader with deep knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market (both commercial and residential). The ideal candidate should be a strong team manager, experienced in driving sales, mentoring teams, and closing high-value property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals
• Drive sales for both commercial and residential properties
• Generate and convert leads, ensuring monthly targets are met
• Provide market insights and guide the team on pricing, inventory, and client approach
• Build strong client relationships and manage negotiations
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Gurgaon’s real estate market
• Strong knowledge of commercial & residential project sales
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability
• Immediate joiners preferred
