Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines. Conduct keyword research to optimize web content for SEO. Analyze traffic reports using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. 3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media advertising platforms. Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize ROI. A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages. 4. Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and multimedia content. Manage email marketing campaigns and build effective email lists. Develop and distribute newsletters and other digital content. 5. Website Management: Assist in managing the company’s website content and blog updates. Coordinate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for SEO. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights to analyze and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and engagement metrics. 7. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and trends. Provide recommendations for improving strategies based on competitor analysis. 8. Lead Generation: Develop digital marketing strategies to generate leads through online campaigns. Nurture and follow up on leads from digital channels (website, social media, etc.). Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. · Proven 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. · Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools. · Knowledge of HTML and WordPress is preferred · Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
