We operate a group of fast-growing tech companies under three major brands: Games247 – Online gaming and entertainment platform Webdroy – Web hosting and domain registration service provider My Ground 11 – Fantasy sports platform We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to lead performance-driven marketing campaigns across platforms, drive sales, generate leads, and scale digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Optimize campaigns for sales, leads, and ROI Build retargeting campaigns and marketing funnels Analyze ad performance and submit performance reports Collaborate with content and design teams to produce creatives Monitor competitor strategies and trends Manage digital marketing budget and bid strategies Required Skills & Tools: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) using Meta Business Suite Google Analytics (Universal + GA4), Tag Manager, UTM tracking Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest) YouTube Ads (Skippable, Non-skippable, Bumper) Landing Page Builders (Elementor, WordPress) Excellent command over ad copywriting, CTA strategy, and lead targeting Understanding of marketing funnel and sales pipelines Requirements: 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing Graduate in Marketing, Business, or relevant field Ability to work full-time from our Gurgaon / Delhi NCR office Strong analytical and communication skills Bonus Points If You Have: Experience promoting mobile apps Previous work in gaming or hosting industries Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) Perks: Fast-growth environment across multiple digital brands Performance-based growth opportunities Freedom to test and implement marketing strategies Friendly, energetic team atmosphere How to Apply: 📩 Send your updated resume/CV to: hr@webdroy.com with the subject line: “Digital Marketing Expert – [Your Name]”
