Digital Marketing Expert - Client Delivery & Lead Generation

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accountable and growth-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage end-to-end client delivery across digital marketing engagements. You will be responsible for campaign execution, reporting, and coaching new marketing hires. The ideal candidate is experienced in WhatsApp marketing, lead generation, and performance-based digital strategy for sales, support, and brand growth. You will also collaborate closely with our AI product and sales teams to adapt strategies based on real-time insights and executive recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid)

- Build and manage WhatsApp marketing workflows, automation, and customer engagement flows

- Set up and track lead generation campaigns across social, email, and SEO

- Collaborate with the Sales & Leadership team on prospecting goals and monthly targets

- Prepare performance dashboards and marketing reports for internal & client use

- Train and mentor new teammates on content, tools, and campaign handling

- Stay current with AI marketing tools and incorporate recommendations into strategies

Technical Skills Required

- Marketing Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp for Business API, Email Marketing tools

- CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, WhatsApp Flows

- SEO & Analytics: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GMB Optimization

- Content & Design Tools: Canva, Figma (basic), ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools

- Reporting: Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Slide Decks (Performance Reports)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication & client presentation skills

- Team leadership and onboarding support

- Strong ownership mindset and comfort with targets

- Curious, fast-learning, and open to feedback from AI, sales, and executive teams

Experience:

Minimum: 2 years

Preferred: 3+ years in digital marketing & lead generation
