Tech Lead - Full-Stack Web & Mobile

Role Summary :

• We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Tech Lead with 89 years of experience in full-stack development to join our founding team. This individual will be responsible for leading projects end-to-endfrom architecture and coding to deployment and client communicationwhile also building and managing a team under them. A balance of hands-on development skills and leadership qualities is essential.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of full-stack web and mobile applications
• Manage sprint planning, client demos, team coordination, and delivery timelines
• Build and mentor an extended team of Front-end, Back-end, UI/UX, and Mobile developers
• Coordinate with U.S.-based management and client teams Deliver both greenfield development and LAMP stack-based maintenance projects per client needs
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, DevOps, and CI/CD

Technical Skills Required : -

Must-Have:

• Front-end: React, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind, TypeScript
• Back-end: Node.js, Express, NestJS; Python (FastAPI / Django); strong knowledge of LAMP (PHP/MySQL)
• Mobile: React Native or Flutter (end-to-end app development, store deployment)
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Nginx, Linux, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean
• API Integration: REST, GraphQL, Stripe/PayPal, OAuth2, Webhooks

Preferred/Nice-to-Have : -

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Zapier/Make.com workflow logic
• Exposure to LLM/AI integrations, WebSockets, or real-time data

Soft Skills : -

• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams
