Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of generating leads, increasing sales, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management (SMM): Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging content, manage community interactions, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids and creative, and conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Campaigns, Sales & Leads Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive sales. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Basic Content Preparation: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and ad copy. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Social Media Management and content creation for business pages.
  • Hands-on experience with running successful ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and link building.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
