Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy : Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Social Media Management : Oversee daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement. Video Production : Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos tailored for YouTube and Instagram, utilizing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. SEO & Analytics : Implement SEO best practices for content and videos; monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies. Campaign Management : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and online advertisements, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 1 year in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and social media management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and engage audiences. Creativity : Strong creative vision with an understanding of current digital trends and audience preferences. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
