Senior Marketing Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Define GTM strategies, brand positioning, and build the full marketing funnel.
Lead Generation & Funnels:
Run inbound/outbound campaigns, optimize LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO & events.
AI/ML-Enabled Marketing:
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) for campaigns, personalization, and chatbots.
Content & Brand:
Build blogs, whitepapers, case studies, demo videos, and thought leadership campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization:
Track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and optimize performance.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work with Sales, SDRs, and AI/engineering teams; manage agencies & mentor team members.

🎯 Required Qualifications

6–10 years in
B2B Marketing (SaaS/AI/Tech)
.
Proven experience
building marketing from scratch
in a startup/scale-up.
Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, Email, Events, Social).
Hands-on with
HubSpot, Zoho, and AI marketing tools (Jasper, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Canva AI)
.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
