Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our efforts in building a strong digital brand presence and driving customer engagement through personalized communication. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the leadership team in a small but fast-growing company. You will be responsible for managing our marketing communications, setting up and running our e-commerce website, and leveraging AI tools to create targeted, high-impact email and WhatsApp campaigns. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, creative problem-solver who can multitask and take initiative. Key Responsibilities: Brand Development & Strategy Create and implement branding strategies that align with the company’s goals and identity. Ensure consistent branding across digital and physical channels. AI-Driven Marketing Communication Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Mailchimp AI, WhatsApp automation platforms) to generate personalized marketing emails and WhatsApp messages for leads and customers. Segment audiences and create dynamic content tailored to specific customer profiles. Monitor engagement metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum performance. E-commerce Website Setup & Management Build and manage the company’s e-commerce website (using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms). Maintain product listings, process orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and handle customer queries. Optimize site speed, UX, and SEO for better performance and conversions. Digital Account Management Manage and optimize the company’s Google Business Profile, including updating information and responding to reviews. Maintain and respond to inquiries on IndiaMART, ensuring high visibility of our product listings and fast lead follow-up.
