E-commerce Website Setup & Management Build and manage the company’s e-commerce website (using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms). Maintain product listings, process orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and handle customer queries. Optimize site speed, UX, and SEO for better performance and conversions. Digital Account Management Manage and optimize the company’s Google Business Profile, including updating information and responding to reviews. Maintain and respond to inquiries on IndiaMART, ensuring high visibility of our product listings and fast lead follow-up.

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual with expertise in computer operations, ERP software, and counter management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day counter activities, ensuring smooth operations, and efficiently utilizing ERP software for tracking, reporting, and coordinating internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all records. Generate reports using ERP software to provide insights into sales, inventory, and customer information. Oversee day-to-day counter operations, ensuring smooth customer service and effective management of sales transactions. Maintain inventory levels and assist in order processing at the counter. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues. Supervise and coordinate with counter staff to ensure quality service and operational efficiency. Accurately input and maintain records in the system, including inventory, sales, customer data, and financial transactions. Interact directly with customers at the counter to ensure their needs are met. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Suggest improvements for processes within both the ERP system and counter operations to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally, etc.) and other business applications. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent understanding of counter management and customer service principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in a counter-based or customer service role is a plus.
