Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer who blends analytical marketing skills with a strong creative design sensibility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our brand presence across digital platforms while ensuring our content reflects top-tier aesthetics and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop yearly newsletters, aesthetic graphic flyers
  • Develop content calendars, captions, and creative strategies to boost engagement and reach.

Online Promotions & Ads:

  • Run targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve ROI.

Creative Design:

  • Design flyers, brochures, digital creatives, and other marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look & feel across all designs.
  • Create striking company presentations for seminars, exhibitions, collaborations etc

Ground Research:

  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and on-ground surveys as needed to gather marketing insights.

Video Projects:

  • Assist in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing corporate videos, employee interviews, and client testimonials.

Collaboration & Brainstorming:

  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Be a part of campaign ideation, storytelling, and branding efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a creative/design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
  • Strong command over social media algorithms, analytics tools, and ad managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Video editing skills (Premier Pro/Final Cut/CapCut etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
