Job Overview

Cosderma Cosmoceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing professional who can manage our complete online presence and help grow our brand in the skincare and aesthetic industry. If you understand social media trends, know how to run ads, can create engaging content, and love analyzing performance, this role will give you full creative freedom and professional growth.

You will be working across multiple brands, websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media pages. The goal is simple: build strong online visibility, create engaging digital campaigns, and drive quality leads and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage daily social media activities: posts, reels, stories, promotions, and community engagement.
• Plan and run targeted Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to achieve defined KPIs.
• Improve website ranking through SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
• Work on email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and performance marketing activities.
• Create high-quality content ideas for social media, landing pages, ads, and blogs.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
• Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Ad Managers.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest action plans to improve results.
• Support product launches, new campaigns, and monthly digital marketing plans.
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (beauty, cosmetic, healthcare, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
• Experience with Canva, basic video editing, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to think creatively, plan strategically, and work independently.
• Good communication skills and understanding of current digital trends.

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
