Telecalling & Business Development Executives

This role is target-driven and requires excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors, dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and distributors.

• Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle client queries, product details, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for business growth.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science / Pharma background preferred).

Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / telesales / business development (Freshers can apply).

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of skincare, cosmetology, or pharma products will be an added advantage.
