Job brief We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive Department : Marketing Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3 Years In this role, you'll: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Create a content calendar for social media and blogs We are looking for: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Skills and experience in creative content writing Analytical mindset and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills: • Proficiency in creating engaging content for social media platforms. • Strong knowledge of Canva for graphic design and content creation. • Basic experience with Adobe Illustrator for more advanced design tasks. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. • Understanding of social media trends and best practices. • Strong communication and creative storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
