We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for lead generation, profiling ideal buyers, outreach, and assisting in deal closures . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and business strategy within a tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers across industries. Create and refine buyer personas and ideal customer profiles . Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other platforms for outbound lead generation . Craft and send personalized outreach messages and emails . Qualify leads through discovery calls or email conversations. Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations . Maintain and update CRM systems or lead tracking sheets. Assist in scheduling and following up on meetings with prospects. Support senior business development managers in deal closing . Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields . Strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and digital services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, and IT services is a plus. Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM platforms. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
