We are hiring!

What will you do;

• Manage and optimize paid search (PPC/Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies.
• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Oversee and create engaging content for our company's social media platforms.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of all digital channels using Google Analytics.
• Contribute creative ideas for new digital initiatives and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for conversion, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

Qualifications;

• A recognized professional

  Digital Marketing Certification

  combined with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Marketing, Web Analytics, and Digital Marketing
• Understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO and content optimization.
• Experience using marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Experience with managing budgets and project timelines
• Experience in B2B digital marketing is a plus

Technical Proficiency:

• Google Ads (search, display, shopping campaigns)
• Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• X Campaign Manager
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads and conversion tracking
• Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation
• Landing page optimization and CRO principles
• Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
