Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content, graphics, and posts aligned with the brand’s tone and objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate webinar marketing activities including invitation calls, email campaigns, and reminders.
• Maintain and update social media calendars, ensuring timely content posting.
• Engage with the online community by responding to queries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content, creatives, and marketing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
• Support in other marketing activities, including event promotion and digital outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 1.5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with webinar platforms and online event promotions.
• Good verbal communication skills for making professional webinar invitation calls.
• Creativity in content creation and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics.
• Prior experience in associations, hospitals, or healthcare sectors will be an added advantage.
