Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company’s online presence, creating engaging content, designing promotional materials, and driving brand visibility across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design & Content Creation: Create day-to-day promotional posters, ads, and marketing creatives for LeaseOnTip and our partnered brands. Design visually appealing content for digital platforms, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. Develop high-quality video content and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Social Media Management: Regularly post and manage content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience interactions. Boost online visibility through effective content strategies and posting schedules. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Work on brand-specific creatives during leasing announcements or collaborations. Bring innovative marketing ideas and execute them to drive engagement and leads. Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms. Suggest creative strategies to increase followers and reach. Collaborate with the leasing and sales team to highlight properties and achievements. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic video editing skills (for reels, promotional videos, etc.). Good communication skills and a creative mindset. Ability to generate original ideas and deliver measurable results. Familiarity with current social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
