About Us: Leaseontip is a growing commercial leasing and franchise sales company connecting brands, investors, and property owners across India. We handle residential sales, commercial sales, leasing, and brand franchise deals. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients for residential sales, commercial sales, leasing, and brand franchise sales. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties or franchise opportunities. Explain property details, investment benefits, and deal structures clearly and persuasively. Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for site visits, deal finalization, and documentation. Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and call outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and brand franchise opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle multiple categories — residential, commercial, leasing, and franchises. Basic understanding of real estate processes and franchise business models. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in both property and franchise sales will be an advantage.
