Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Assist in setting up and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Data Management & Reporting: Collect and analyse performance data across campaigns & prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Social Media & Content Strategy: Work with the social media team to align content with lead generation goals & contribute creative ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns.
LinkedIn Branding (Founder’s Profile): Assist in managing and growing the founder’s LinkedIn presence & Research content ideas, draft posts/articles, and help in building thought-leadership positioning.
Collaboration & Execution: Coordinate with designers and content writers to create campaign assets & test new tools, platforms, and strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
