Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Executive with around 1.5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in driving ROI-focused campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns.
Execute and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation and conversions.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Ad Manager dashboards.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to achieve defined KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.
Create compelling ad copies, suggest creatives, and A/B test for improvements.
Collaborate with design and content teams for landing page optimization.
Regular reporting with insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and algorithm changes.
