Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and customer acquisition for iAMORY. The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on e-commerce growth, ROAS, and scaling performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and scale paid media budgets with a focus on achieving high ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
  • Drive website traffic, conversions, and sales through paid campaigns, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives tailored for jewellery shoppers.
  • Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Shopify analytics.
  • Identify new growth opportunities via market trends, competitor research, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: from strategy to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to align performance campaigns with sales targets, offers, and product launches.
