We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and customer acquisition for iAMORY. The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on e-commerce growth, ROAS, and scaling performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Manage and scale paid media budgets with a focus on achieving high ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth. Drive website traffic, conversions, and sales through paid campaigns, remarketing, and funnel optimization. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives tailored for jewellery shoppers. Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Shopify analytics. Identify new growth opportunities via market trends, competitor research, and emerging ad platforms. Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: from strategy to execution, monitoring, and reporting. Work closely with the e-commerce team to align performance campaigns with sales targets, offers, and product launches.
