The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, with strong English communication skills. The candidate must be comfortable working in a night shift setting and capable of delivering high-performing ad campaigns with measurable results. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation to improve campaign effectiveness. Optimize ads continuously to achieve better ROI using A/B testing and performance insights. Track, analyze, and report on ad performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging creatives aligned with marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices. Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure optimal spend utilization. Maintain accurate documentation of campaign performance, strategies, and learnings. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–2 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night shift hours. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment. Basic understanding of landing page optimization and performance marketing funnels.
