Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Create, review, and refine marketing content, including graphics, creatives, and promotional material aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    and

    Google Ads

    campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop strategies to increase

    store footfall

    and

    lead generation

    through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and follow up on generated leads, ensuring proper customer nurturing and conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign data, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the luxury jewellery industry.
  • Support event-based and festival campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    digital marketing, campaign management, or social media marketing

    (preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery industry).
  • Proficiency in

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads

    (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong

    graphic design skills

    using Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
