Job Description

Role Description & Location

Gurgaon office with deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta etc

Responsibilities:

Build & achieve revenue targets in closed coordination with the product team.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, creative inputs across selected channels to drive traffic & revenue.
Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to management.

Qualifications

Prior D2C experience is mandatory
At least 2+ years' experience in performance marketing particularly in Google Ads and Meta
Experience in delivering revenue targets through PPC and social media campaigns
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and A/B testing
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Strong analytical and project-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently or within a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
